Natalia A. Kalashnikova graduated from Irkutsk Polytechnic Institute majoring in "Mineral Processing", qualification "Engineer of ore dressing".
She started her career at the plant in Vostsibelement in Svirsk in 1980 as an engineer-constructor, and then in the beginning of 1999, was transferred to JSC "Vostsibelement-98" as a storekeeper, in September of the same year she was appointed as an engineer for the Department of labor protection, industrial safety and environment. Since November of 2001 – she holds the position of Head of The department of labor protection, industrial safety and ecology.
Natalia Kalashnikova is a conscientious expert in the field of occupational health and safety and industrial ecology. Certification of all jobs of employees of the plant is held annually under the guidance of Natalia Alexandrovna. Also there are annually held competition for the best organization in the field of occupational safety and health within the city events among Svirsk enterprises where the team led by Natalia is highly appreciated by the Commission.
Natalia is respectful person in the team due to the responsiveness and attention to colleagues. Repeatedly she was awarded with certificates and thanked as the best employee in the field of occupational safety and health.
