Valery K. Karpov is the head of mechanical support service.
Valery K. Karpov in 1977 graduated from the Svirsk College of Electromechanical, specialty "Metal-cutting equipment and machining" with qualification of technologist-technician.

He began his career in September 1977 at the plant "Vostsibelement" as a master and worked there until he was called for military service. After the service, he got back to the factory for the position of a mechanical of element production. He worked at the plant "Vostsibelement" before transffering in 1998 from the position of an engineer on the acceptance of the equipment to the post of chief engineer of the company "AkTex-Baikal". In 2003 he was transferred to the post of Deputy Chief Engineer for equipment and production preparation. In "AkTex" Valery K. held the position of Chief of the mechanical support service since 2012.

Valery K. was trained at leading factories in the United States. Repeatedly he was awarded for modernization of equipment and commissioning of new production lines.
